Custom orders are always welcome. As a small company in Burlington, Vermont, Metal Design is very flexible and willing to work around the customer’s needs. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance, and exceeding your expectations is our goal. Most custom orders start with a simple email or phone call discussing your needs and the theme you are striving for. This conversation will begin the creative process and generate many ideas for your one-of-a kind piece. Pictures are a great way to communicate and illustrate your needs, which will save time during the design process. After the initial sketches are sent to you, Metal Design will work with you until you are completely satisfied. Once we have your approval and deposit, your project will begin in the order of which it was received.
